1. Overview

eTaps is a platform designed to help e-commerce sellers automate their operations by integrating with logistics networks, customer communication tools, and marketing channels including Meta’s APIs (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). All usage of Meta Platform Data is strictly bound to the authorizations granted by the user through Meta’s login and access flow.

2. Use of Meta Platform Data

eTaps uses Meta APIs to enable the following features:

• WhatsApp Order Confirmation: Automatically sends order confirmation messages to customers via WhatsApp after an order is placed.
• Automated Messaging & Follow-Ups: Sends shipping updates, payment reminders, and delivery confirmations through WhatsApp Cloud API.
• Customer & Order Insights: Accesses basic Meta profile data (e.g., name, contact) and engagement insights to help sellers improve targeting and communication.
• Courier Assignment & Notifications: Uses address data and location signals (where applicable) to auto-assign couriers and update customers.
• Marketing Automation: Enables Meta-based campaign integrations to assist sellers in running and optimizing Meta Ads.

All data access occurs only after the user explicitly grants permission through Meta Login.

3. Data Privacy & Handling

We strictly adhere to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Specifically:

• eTaps accesses data only after user authorization
• eTaps processes data only for the intended feature(s) (e.g., WhatsApp update, order sync)
• No Meta Platform Data is shared with other clients or third parties
• All data is securely stored and processed in accordance with applicable privacy regulations
• Users can revoke access at any time via Meta Business Settings or within the eTaps dashboard.

4. Responsibilities of the User

By using eTaps, you agree to:

• Only connect Meta accounts that you legally control
• Use the platform in compliance with Meta’s terms and local laws
• Not misuse Meta data or attempt to access unauthorized endpoints

5. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if:

• There is misuse of Meta APIs
• Access permissions are revoked
• There is a breach of Meta’s platform policies or our own terms

6. Ownership & Legal Identity

eTaps is owned and operated by: EJAD PLUS LLC

All software, branding, and data infrastructure are the intellectual property of EJAD PLUS LLC.

7. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in our services or Meta’s platform policies. Continued use of eTaps after such updates constitutes acceptance.
