📝 Scriptwriting & Caption Test – Dharti Campaign

We’re launching a new campaign for a restaurant called Dharti, which has recently gone through a major transformation. In the past, customers felt something was missing  the taste, the experience, the service. Now, everything has changed: better ghee, hand-ground masalas, fresh cooking, generous portions, and improved service.

This test will help us evaluate how you think in both English and Urdu, and how well you can adapt to brand tone, video storytelling, and digital content.


🎬 Part 1: Urdu Script – Hero Video (30–45 sec)

Title: This Time, It’s Different

Your Task:
Write a voiceover in Urdu that will be used in a short cinematic video showing Dharti’s transformation. It should feel emotional, sincere, and conversational like the brand is admitting the past, and promising a better experience now.

Key Message to Include:

  • “We know something was missing before.”

  • “We listened, and we’ve changed.”

  • “Now, every bite carries more: effort, care, and real taste.”

  • “This is the Dharti you deserve.”

Visuals You Can Imagine While Writing:

  • Ghee being poured

  • Masalay being hand-ground

  • Shorba slow cooking

  • Naan flipping in the tandoor

  • Customers smiling after the first bite

  • Kitchen staff working with pride

  • End with logo + soft music

Instructions:

  • Write the script in Urdu script or Roman Urdu

  • Tone: Honest, emotional, warm

  • Length: 6–8 lines max (30–45 seconds of voiceover)

Imagine you're leading a campaign for a new food dish.
Write a short reel hook line in Urdu (1–2 lines) + an Instagram caption in English (1–2 lines).
This tests your ability to guide both tone and direction.

Part 2: Instagram Caption (English)

Now imagine you are writing an Instagram post for the same campaign. The caption should support the video and emotionally pull in the audience.

Your Task:
Write a short Instagram caption in English that includes:
✔️ An emotional hook
✔️ A short description of the change
✔️ A soft call to action

Example style:
"We heard you. We changed everything.
From the ghee to the way we serve you – Dharti just got better. Come taste the difference."
